Job Description

This is a full time position working at 6130 N. La Cholla Blvd.

 

Summary:

Monitors nutritional care, manages physician-ordered therapeutic diets and provides nutritional education for patients, staff and community.

Coordinates, plans and conducts programs to educate patients about nutrition. Administers medical nutrition therapy and may oversee and provide advice to food service operations. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Typically reports to a supervisor/manager. Bachelor's degree and registered dietitian with at least 1 year of experience. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.

 

Required:

Bachelor of Science in foods/nutrition. Completion of ADA approved dietetics internship. Previous experience in dietetics. Registered Dietitian.
