Job Description

This is a full time position overseeing the Cath Lab at Northwest Medical Center Houghton.

 

Summary:

As a leader, this position shares accountability for facilitating organizational and department goals using effective leadership knowledge, skills and abilities that ensure achievement of expected results for patient/customer service, employee engagement, financial health, business growth and quality and safety outcomes.

 

Position Qualifications/Minimum Requirements

Education:

Required: Associate's degree in Nursing OR Associate's degree in Respiratory Therapy
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Nursing OR Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy

Experience:

Required: Five (5) years Cath Lab experience, three (3) years supervisory or management experience in a hospital environment.

Skills:

Ability to read, communicate, and document effectively through oral, written, or electronic means. Computer experience and excellent customer service skills. Ability to prioritize and respond promptly to a changing workload. Experience analyzing and interpreting financial data, gathering needed information, delegating and supporting teams, evaluating decisions/solutions, improving work process, and making effective decisions.

Licenses/Certifications:

Required:
Current Arizona RN license or Current Arizona Respiratory Therapist license
