This is a FT position working in Case Management at Oro Valley Hospital in Tucson, AZ 

 

What you'll do:
As a Registered Nurse, you’ll play a vital role in doing what you do best - providing quality care to our patients.

The Case Manager RN coordinates the overall interdisciplinary plan of care for a patient, from admission to discharge. Coordinating services through an interdisciplinary process which provides a clinical and psychosocial approach through the continuum of care.  Acts as a liaison between patient/family and healthcare personnel to ensure necessary care is provided promptly and effectively.

Assists in development, planning, coordination and administration of the activities of clinical review, discharge planning, resource utilization and utilization review.

Position Qualifications/Minimum Requirements   

Education:  Associate's degree in nursing

Experience:    Required:  2 years of clinical/hospital experience or 2 years of experience in related area.

Preferred:  Five (5) years experience.                                           

                                                

Licenses/Certifications:        

Required for RN:  Current Arizona RN license or compact state license and American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification.
