Full Time Case Manager RN at Northwest Medical Center in Case Management
$5,000 Sign-on bonus offered to eligible experienced Case Manager's! $$$
Coordinates services through an interdisciplinary process which provides a clinical and psychosocial approach through the continuum of care. Assists in development, planning, coordination and administration of the activities of clinical review, discharge planning, resource utilization and utilization review.
Candidates need acute hospital experience, prior case management experience preferred.
Position Qualifications/Minimum Requirements
Education:
Required for RN: Associate's degree in nursing
Experience:
Required: 2 years of clinical/hospital experience or 2 years of experience in related area
Preferred: Five (5) years experience
Licenses/Certifications:
Required for RN: Current Arizona RN license or compact state license
American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification
