This is a temporary full time Billing Specialists working at Tucson Surgery Center and Tucson Endoscopy Center.
El Dorado Surgery Center, LP dba Tucson Surgery Center, Tucson Endoscopy Center and The Center for Pain Management, LLC are looking for a patient accounts receivable biller for our ASC locations. Responsible for all Accounts Receivable follow up, as well as notifying patients of the amount due on their upcoming procedure. This position is responsible for : Patient Statements : Credit Card Processing : Inbound and Outbound Patient Calls: Final Letters : Turning Accounts to Collections, and Coordinating Patient Activity with Surgery Centers. Applicant must be detailed oriented, full comprehension of patient ledger activity, understand and be able to explain EOB's to patients, stay calm in stressful situations and be a team player. Able to diffuse potential problems or conflicts by handling situation, referring to coordinator/manager.
High School diploma or equivalent. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within this particular field.
