The position works collaboratively to improve the flow of behavioral health patients from ER and inpatient settings into appropriate programs, leveraging intake processes and telemedicine modalities to expedite the access to definitive behavioral health care. This remote Telehealth role utilizes systems designed for assessment of patients during clinical episodes and remote access to electronic health records, but will also manage videoconferencing systems that will be used for daily staff interactions, administrative meetings, and distance education. Thus, this associate will be responsible for operating and maintaining different levels of equipment and software technology usage.
