Job Description

This is a full time day position working in the Medical Staff Services department.

Performs a variety of administrative functions. Schedules and assists with medical staff meetings and minutes. Composes and distributes memos, and researches and creates presentations. Generates reports, handles multiple projects, and prepares and monitors invoices and expense reports. Manage ED Call schedules, Student Rotations, annual compliance training notification and tracking. Compiling and developing the monthly and annual budget reconciliation. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. High school diploma or equivalent with at least 3 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
