Quality Manager
Job Description
The Quality Manager is a leadership role supporting Northwest Medical Center. This individual will be responsible for achieving organizational and departmental goals through effective leadership, focusing on patient/customer service, employee engagement, financial health, business growth, and quality and safety outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead quality management and performance improvement programs for assigned facilities.
- Develop and execute strategies and operational plans to meet organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with all stakeholders to achieve key goals in patient satisfaction, quality improvement, and employee engagement.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Position Qualifications/Minimum Requirements:
Education:
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant specialty, business management, or a closely related field.
Experience:
- Required: At least 5 years of experience implementing quality management and performance improvement programs in a healthcare setting.
Skills:
- Strong operational and people management skills with a proven track record in improving patient satisfaction and employee engagement.
- Expertise in strategy development and execution.
- Results-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Licenses/Certifications:
- Required: RN license
- Preferred: Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) certification.
